Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
For orders from Europe:
- Your order placed on www.anekke.net will be delivered within 3–4 business days after leaving our warehouse.
- Shipping is handled by DHL. You will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping costs: The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the selected products and destination country.
- Delivery process: If no one is home for the first delivery attempt, a second attempt will be made. After that, the package will be left at a DHL pickup point.

- Please double-check your address details to avoid delivery issues.
- Anekke is not responsible for any changes/cancellations during shipping. If this occurs, please refuse the package upon delivery.
- Anekke is not liable for delivery issues or additional costs due to incorrect address information.
- If an item is unavailable due to a stock error, we will contact you via email. If no response is received, we will automatically refund the missing item.
Returns:
What should I do to return an order?
- Fill out the return form by clicking here.
- Reason for return: Please indicate whether it is a withdrawal or the item is damaged.
- You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the item to request a return.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- If your order included a gift, it must also be returned.
When will I receive my refund?
- The refund will be processed once the item is picked up by the carrier or dropped off at the return location.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
*Important note:
At Anekke, exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Return of textile products (clothing) and shoes:
Please ensure that clothing and shoes have not been worn.
Items with signs of use (e.g. perfume, wear, stains) will not be accepted and will be returned to you – the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
You may try on the items as you would in a store – but please do not wear them for daily use.
To receive a full refund, the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox.
CUSTOM TARIFFS
For purchases from non-European countries (rest of the world):
- Anekke will not be responsible for any kind of customs cost that may cause the entry of the package in your country. If the delivery address is not a member of the European Union, or those places with special customs (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any other included in the EU) this amount may be fixed, percentage or the sum of the two above, and is calculated according to the laws of each country.
From Anekke we do not have specific information about each country, so we cannot offer it to you.
In case the customer refuses to pay this fee, the shipping, customs and return of the order will be charged to the customer and will be subtracted from the total amount paid for the order.
