FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Delivery for orders placed on Anekke will be made within 4–5 business days from the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Orders are shipped on the next business day after being placed.
Log in to your account and follow your order’s journey: you’ll be able to track its preparation and every shipping step in real time. ✨
This timeframe may be extended during exceptional periods such as Sales, Christmas or Black Friday, when shipping may take up to 7 business days.

The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the selected products and destination country.
*Anekke will not be responsible for any kind of customs cost that may cause the entry of the package in your country. If the delivery address is not a member of the European Union, or those places with special customs (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any other included in the EU) this amount may be fixed, percentage or the sum of the two above, and is calculated according to the laws of each country.
From Anekke we do not have specific information about each country, so we cannot offer it to you.
In case the customer refuses to pay this fee, the shipping, customs and return of the order will be charged to the customer and will be subtracted from the total amount paid for the order.

ORDERS
Once an order has been completed, it cannot be modified. If you wish to add a product, please place a new order or request a cancellation if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
If you wish to cancel before your order has shipped, please contact us via this form. We’ll do our best to process your request as soon as possible.
If your order has already shipped or we were unable to cancel it in time, please refuse the parcel upon delivery. It will be returned to us and we’ll process your refund.

PAYMENTS
Credit/debit card:
Pay safely and quickly with your credit or debit card. Card payments are validated by the bank and, once accepted, the amount is transferred to us automatically and instantly. We accept VISA/VISA Electron and MasterCard/Maestro.
PayPal:
When you choose PayPal, you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s website to log in with your account. After confirming the payment, you’ll be returned to our shop to confirm we’ve received your order. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one at www.paypal.com.
Once you receive your refund confirmation email, the amount will appear in your account within approximately 24–48 hours.
RETURNS

Return costs depend on the country of origin. If you would like specific information, please contact us using this form.
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return. After this period, the system will no longer allow you to process it.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unused. If not, the return may be refused.
If your order included a free gift and, after the return, your order no longer meets the minimum spend required for that gift, the gift must also be returned.
As soon as you drop off the parcel at a delivery point or the courier collects it from your home, you’ll automatically receive the refund via the original payment method.
Anekke reserves the right to refuse returns that are not communicated or are sent after the deadline, or items not meeting the stated conditions. In such cases, the parcel will be returned to the original address after notifying you by email, including the tracking number and the carrier handling the shipment.
