How to shop at www.anekke.net?

Steps to shop in our online store:

1. Are you a registered user? If so, log in at the top right. If not, no worries! You can fill in your details during the checkout process.

2. Browse our catalog and choose your favorite item. All products have detailed photos to help you see materials and finishes. Select quantity and click “BUY”.

3. Once you've added items to the cart, click “CHECKOUT” to complete your order. You can also access your cart anytime from “My Basket” at the top right.

4. In “YOUR CART”, confirm the items and click “CHECKOUT” to continue. Log in or register if needed.

5. If it’s your first purchase and you're not registered, fill in your details. If you already have an account, confirm your shipping address. You can save multiple addresses.

6. Choose a shipping method and payment option. Before clicking “PLACE ORDER”, accept the privacy policy. If paying by card or PayPal, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment gateway and then returned to www.anekke.com for order confirmation.

7. Delivery times and costs vary by region (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, International). Estimated delivery: Peninsula 24/48h, Balearic Islands 2–4 days, Canary Islands/Ceuta/Melilla 3–5 days, International 10 days. More info: Payment methods.

9. Shipments to Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: The buyer is responsible for paying any additional taxes upon delivery.
