Cute as was my previous Anekke backbag too. Unfortunately the zipper of main portion can't be easily closed with one hand only after the zipper is opened totally. Due to this impracticality I give only 4 stars
Otherwise the product is what i expected.
Payment and shipping worked fine with the company.
