The bag is well made, very pretty and has many thoughtful details, like outside pockets to avoid having to open up the rolled top that closes with a clasp. Something that could be added is a padded laptop pocket. Also, it arrived quickly and was packaged very reasonably, without too much plastic (still, some). However, I'd like to shorten the straps quite more than it is possible, now it hangs very low on my back and consequently bounces in a way that is not too comfortable.
